How do I make a copy of a sent email campaign?

Any sent or unsent campaigns you've created can be copied, allowing you to easily edit an existing campaign without having to start all over again from scratch.

Steps to copy a campaign

  1. Select Campaigns > My Campaigns from the top navigation bar.

  2. Select either the Sent or Unsent tab, as appropriate.

  3. Using the checkboxes in the first column, select the campaign you wish to copy.

  4. Click on More actions to display the dropdown menu.

  5. Select the Copy campaign option.

  6. Give the copied campaign a new name, and choose which folder you'd like to place the new campaign in from the dropdown (you can always change these later on if you wish).

  7. Once happy, click Copy.

The copied campaign will appear, as newly named, within the campaign folder location selected under the 'Unsent' tab. From here, you can edit it at will.
