OpenMoves' scheduled maintenance and upgrade for September 21, 2016 includes the following changes:
- A sender reputation for your account has been added to the 'Account' > 'Usage' page. It's on a scale of 0-100, where 100 is the best. It's calculated from the quality of data that you upload to your account and the level of engagement you get from the contacts that you send to, and this is what's used to decide your account's ARM (Automated Reputation Manager) grouping.
It will also say if your account is in a dedicated pool or on a dedicated IP, and will display the IP or IPs. Furthermore, your account's ARM score will be shown if it's in the ARM.
- Suppressed contacts who were originally added to your account's suppression list due to reaching the soft bounce threshold will now be removed after a year. They won't be added back into the account but they can be uploaded again.
- Plus over 30 bug fixes and performance improvements
