If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the login screen.
  2. Click the forgotten password link under the password box.

  3. In the popup that appears, enter the email address that you normally use to login. This will send an email to that address.
  4. Check your inbox for the email, and click the link it contains.
  5. On the page that loads, enter your email address again and enter a new password, followed by confirming that password.
  6. Click Update, and then login using your new password.
