What are Hot Prospects?
The Hot Prospect report allows you to set the numbers of opens and clicks that constitute a hot prospect. Once set, all users who meet this criterion are displayed.
The Hot Prospect report is located in the more reports drop down menu above your campaign statistics within the Reporting Campaign Overview screen:-
When clicked, the Hot Prospect window opens.
The defaults are set to 3 opens and 1 click. You can change these parameters by simply overtyping. When ready, click on the SUBMIT button and the screen will refresh with the contacts who meets this criteria.
