What is the "Forwards to a Friend" report?
This report shows the number of recipients who passed your email onto a colleague using the Forward to friend link. This type of link can be inserted into your template using our Forward to a friend function.
Drilling down on this report will display all the email recipients who clicked this link and the number of times they used the Forward to a friend function.
Clicking on the Exports button will display a drop down that enables you to export the contacts list out to a CSV file or you can create an Address Book from these recipients.
To return to Reporting overview screen, use the More Reports button and click Campaign overview. The More Reports drop down menu allows you to select other report types as shown below.
