What is the "Unique Opens" report?
This report shows the number of emails tracked as being open. This is a worse case scenario as not all email clients or business email servers allow emails to be tracked.
Drilling down on this report will display all the email recipients who opened this campaign and the number of times they opened it.
The first column shows the number of opens alongside each email address. Clicking on the More details icon will display a window showing the date and time of each open.
Clicking on the Exports drop down will display a menu. This enables you to export the contacts list out to a CSV file or you can create an Address Book from these recipients.
To return to Reporting overview screen, use the back link. To view the drill down detail on other reports, use the More Reports drop down button located at the top right of the screen. This will display a menu from which you can select the report type as shown below.
